Dynamic Layout Group Error

Hi

I am unable to add a dynamic layout group to a section , I kindly request you to help me out .

Issue :

Dynamic Layout group the source list/group is not accepting any properties and always displays "pyTemplatePagelist" as shown in the below link .

P.S : SearchResults is a pagelist .

Hi Adithya,

It looks that "Dynamic Layout Group" needs a repeating section. 

Please drop a "Embedded section" into the "Dynamic Layout Group" and change source "List/Group"  to your pagelist, "SearchResults". It should work. 

I tried this on my Pega 7.3 system and it can be saved successfully without errors.

Hi Aditya,

Can you add the Applies-to class of the Page list (where the Page list is referencing to) in the Pages&Classes tab of the section.

HI Adithya,

Can you try the following?

Re-create a PageList under "ABB-Reservelt-Work-Booking" class and point its Page definition to ootb "Data-Customer" (just for testing purpose).  

Add this new PageList in your "Dynamic Layout Group" Layout group properties List/Group. 

Plus, drop a "Embedded section" into the "Dynamic Layout Group".

If this works, then your PageList needs to be modified.
