During File upload, which component converts local path into server path

Hi,

In the process of file upload, which component converts local path to server path.

example :

FSFileName : C:\fakepath\Test 2.xlsx

TO

FSFileName : file://web:/StaticContent/global/ServiceExport/Test 2.xlsx

Please also check ootb activity"pySetFilePath". This is where the File is uploaded to the application server. 

The file is uploaded to the following location. see screenshot.
