Duplicate Check while case created through Rest Service
Hello ,
I have a requirement to check if duplicate case exists based two properties, while case creation through Rest Service.
If there is a duplicate, Rest Service will send the Case ID in Response ( to which it is duplicated) and not create the case. Please suggest how to achieve this requirement.

Hi Chetan,
You can have a look into Work-pyDuplicateSearchCases Flow rule, which will return the list of cases that match the search criteria that are defined in the case type.
Check its usage field in the Documentation history of the rule to get more information which uses Work-pyDuplicateSearchCases section.
