Downloading PEGA always stuck at 49% done. Please help
Hi,
I open this link https://community.pega.com/digital-delivery and click "Download Personal Edition" button to download PEGA 8.2.1. But it always stuck at 49% done. I tried many times but there is no luck.
My laptop is Windows 7 64 bit system and has 20 GB memory and 60GB space available. The IE is version 11.
I see such a message "You are not linked to an account. To be linked, ask your company’s Support Contact Administrator to link you. You will then be able to create and update requests to download software licensed to your organization. If you do not know who your Administrators are, ask a colleague who is already linked to tell you. Unfortunately, our support teams are unable to provide individuals’ name of the Support Contact(s) at your organization." But I don't think it is related to the issue I mentioned above.
Could anybody help me on this issue?

After stucking there for 2 hours, the downloading suddenly started to work again. So now I have got the downloaded PEGA.
