Career Advice - Help please.
I work for a financial institution. After eight years of frontline service, I progressed to bank software testing (functional) – past eight years. My strengths are
- domain knowledge (familiar with bank products and ability to identify and recommend a product/service at each customer interaction
- functional testing skills. I can confidently communicate with the development team and UAT group in resolving issues - apart from identifying bugs.
My employer has adopted Pega systems in a big way. Can someone guide me regarding the options available to me that returns optimum benefit to my employer and my career growth.
