Download Pega
Hello Dear,
I have to download Pega but the downloading option is not showing in the My Software tab and it's showing an authorization error, could you kindly guide me, on how could I download it?

@DungL16594560 as explained in the FAQ, My Software tab will be empty for various reasons.
If you are registered on Pega Community with a service provider e-mail domain (e.g. @gmail.com, @yahoo.com, etc.), you will not have access to Personal Edition, or licensed software.
Please update your account to use your company email address. For help with account-related inquiries, please contact support@accounts.pega.com.
Regarding the trial you enlisted for, did you confirm your email ? What happens if you click on 'Continue to Trial' link?
If you experience technical issues with My Trials please send us a request and the My Pega team will assist.

@MarijeSchillern Yes, I checked, and actually, I do not know how to fix the authentication error, while I am using my office email.

not a good experiment with Pega community.
we just want to explore and learn but don't know how get the software.

If you've created an account on the community you should be able to access the pega trial as detailed here:
