Donot Apply contact policy for all actions based on a condition

Hi All

 

we have a requirement where we should not apply contact policy for a specific type of customer.

Can someone help me where do i keepthe condition, how do i apply the condition to my existing contact policy?

@ravik6254 Contact policy conditions are evaluated in decision strategies CheckSpecificChannelLimits  and AllChannelLimits. Pega recommends extending these while adding new tracking period in contact policies. Check if u can skip contact policy execution by adding additional filter condition on your customer profile in those decision strategies.
