does Pega0011 includes all the activity end-to-end service total time ?

Hi there,

Pega0011 - how to I interpret the service total time. e.g. if I have a service that reads from DB, write to log, call webservice etc.  I know that each step can also have alerts, but would Pega0011 give me the total time of all the hops from the start of the service the end of service.
