Performance tab inside alert Pega0011

Hello,

we're experiencing long response time of the DX API and I'm trying to figure out if it is caused by the call to the external system, or if the activities insiede Pega are taking too long time.

We are using PDC, I can see a lot of alerts Pega0011, but I am not sure how the value of the field pxTotalReqTime is being calculated.

Can someone help me to better understand what the following fields represent?

pxTotalReqTime

pxConnectElapsed

pxConnectClientResponseElapsed

pxServiceActivityElapsed

pxOtherIOElapsed

pxCommitElapsed

pxDeclarativePageLoadElapsed

pxConnectInMapReqElapsed

pxRDBIOElapsed

pxConnectOutMapReqElapsed

pxDeclarativeRulesInvokedElapsed

pxServiceInMapReqElapsed

I still ahven't find what is being calculated with pxServiceActivityElapsed, do you have idea where I could find that info?

I also checked inside Pega and Pega help, but i could't fin anythinh useful.
