Does Pega consider rules in private edit during simulation testing
As per pega basic the private edited rules are not supposed to be considered during Simulation testing in Pega CDH . As per my understanding the DATA Flow , that runs during simulation testing runs in different thread and different requestor .That is why it is supposed to consider only Checked In rules.
The business user is claiming that he has went through such a scenario , where the rule in private edit has taken in consideration during simulation testing, but now it is not working in that way.
Please let me know if there is any configuration due to which pega will take the rule in private edit into consideration during simulation testing.

@GOURABKETANI only see that happening if the user that started the data flow is the same user that has the private check-out. Nothing else I can think of...

@BasRulesMatter! User is not starting the Data flow manually. He is Simulation Testing Configuration and clicking on "Save and Run". As per my understanding The data flow created / running due to this should be on different requestor.
Please correct me if I am wrong.

@GOURABKETANYes, so even if the user is not starting the data flow manually, the simulation testing configuration gives it an access group and operator to run on. You should be able to see this on the data flow run details (Platform: decisioning > decisions -> data flows) or view instances of Data-Decision-DDF-RunOptions(-Simulation).
So it is possible, but unlikely as I would also expect a system context when running a data flow simulation. I only have access to non-simulated data flows that run realtime, but that also has the access group of the operator that started it for each automated run.
