Do you need Customer Decision Hub for modifying Topic Model

In the Text Analyzer used by our chatbot, we noticed you can open the Topic Model:

Since we plan to support additional languages besides English, and therefore modifying the Topic Model. Do we need to have Customer Decision Hub (and Prediction Studio) as part of the application stack for Pega CS? I believe this require an additional license.

You do not need CDH for using text models if you have IVA/Pega CS license. Please add Prediction Studio to your access group and proceed to update the model.
