Do we need to create DSS for prconfig properties having default and EVA value same?

Hi,

While performing application hardening exercise, we came across some prconfig properties whose default value and the External Vulnerability Assessment (EVA) values are same. for Eg., consider the below prconfig property:

Category Entry Name Default Setting EVA Setting
Alerts/database operationTimeThreshold/suppressInserts TRUE TRUE

However, i was not able to find the above prconfig property in prconfig.xml. So, for these kind of properties do we need to create DSS in tha application or pega will take care by itself.
