I am trying to implement a simple flow which uses a custom smart shape only. So it has a start, custom smart shape and end. But wanted to have a screen popup for user to enter details and view a document[Doc to be retrieved from external system based on the input entered by user]. 

From the utility activity of the smart shape, I am calling an activity to display the section. I have just added a step Show-stream in the activity which calls the section. But I know I am missing something here. 

Please can you help with some suggestions and ideas to implement.
