Checklist Harness/Section
We are in pega 6.2 Sp2.
We have a need for a document. The same doc will be filled by CSR at end of each call and attached/saved to the work Object. The document will have static content with some check boxes and some blank spaces to be filled by the CSR (fill in the blank type). I am looking for some ideas on how to achieve that. The simplest is having a harness with the text and have the check boxes and blanks associated to some pega properties and save the page when the page is filled.

The user was

[ checkbox 2] not satisfied.

You can make use of Document template feature. Create your document and upload it in Pega.
CSR can download the file and fill.

If that is the case then you can have a section with the information needed to be captured. Once it is saved, you can convert the section to PDF using "HTMLtoPDF" OOTB activity and then attach that to the workobject.
