Display a count of days a case in held in a specific workbasket

Hello,

I have a story to display how many days an application has been in a specific workbasket. Is there an OOTB property that does this calculation that I can use already (SLA properties for the workbasket etc...). If not, can someone advise as to how an expression could be created to define how many days a case has been in a specific workbasket? Thank you, Brandon

Hi,

You might be able to use the pxCreateDateTime for the assignment, and display it using a DateTime control with the format set to "X days, Y hours ago".  The OOTB pyCaseSummary section in Work- has some examples of the use of a DateTime control with that format that you could likely mimic.
