Count of all Cases in a specific period from DB Tables
Hi
We have a requirement where we need to get the number of total cases created for a specific time range.
We need to get this from the Database using an SQL query without Dev Studio
Please let me know how do we get the same across all case types (and child cases if any)
Also, which table & schema in the Pega Database holds this data

Work pools are commonly used to store instances of similar or related work object concrete classes together in one relational database table. Work pools are referenced in access group instances.
You can achieve this by creating a Report definition on your Work Class (Work Pool). Say Eg: ABC-FW-XYZ-Work. This class will have cases from Parent and child cases.

The case Data will be stored in PegaDATA and we can check the table name of that particular class from test connection in the Class rule. Please find the below screenshot for more details.
