did not post a response within the expected time

Hi,

Robot is down automatically while running between the error is "did not post a response within the expected time". but it is not restarting once down. anyone having idea about this issue, in queue even we are maintain "Thresholds - Max automation run time (seconds) = 600". when we see bot execution time is less than 600 sec. but still it is going down.

@Sarveswara ReddyI suggest looking at the RPA Service logs as well as the RuntimeLog. There really isn't enough information here to know what happened. That error could happen if the bot loses connectivity to Robot Manager. That could mean anything from a network issue to something in your package getting stuck.
