Diagnostic Cloud Scorecard Subscriptions does not show up for me in PDC. How do i access them?

I found this reference to the PDC Scorecard Subscriptions, but I do not see Scorecards under Diagnostic Cloud in my PDC session. How can we get to these subscriptions. Also, is there any way to subscribe to the PDC reports other than the Event and the three other daily choices?

Hi Curtis,

Thank you for posting your question on Pega Community.

Diagnostic cloud button is disabled for a user, you need to have Manager role to access it.

Kindly check who is administrator role in MSP ( Pega support tool). Administrator in MSP has a manager role for PDC.
