DESIGNING DECISION STRATEGIES FOR REAL-LIFE SCENARIO cloud instance gone within 24 hours

Hi,

Allthough I can see why Pega has moved to cloud based instances for the training excercises it not workable if you instance is deleted within 24 hours. I am currently doing the course:

- designing decision strategies for real-life scenarios 8.1

I started on the course and the excercises yesterday and was about half through them. Today when I log back onto the course it needs me to provision the excercise cloud instance again and obviously all my work from yesterday has disappeard.... Since the excercises build upon on another this is not a great situtation since I have to start all over again...

I can understand you dont wont the provisioned cloud instances lying around forever but come on delete it within 24 hours?

@Pega, please respond

Not all of us are able to finish the courses within one sitting. Please make the lifespan of the used cloud instances within the courses longer then just a few hours.

Hi Leo, 

Students can use their personal cloud-based exercise system for as long as the like. Only when then stop using it, we shut it down. 

All learning modules are independent and can be done in any order at any point in time. Exercises within a learning module might build on each other. Hence it is recommended to complete a learning module before the day ends.
