Designer Studio Re sizable Portal Scroller issue
Hi,
We have a requirement to restrict the OOTB functionality of resizing the designer studio portal by dragging portal scroller situated at left navigation. After checking with developer option we can see that two classes are getting rendered at runtime. "screen-layout-region screen-layout-region-main screen-layout-region-main-sidebar1 screen-layout-region-resize ui-resizable" and "class="screen-layout-region screen-layout-region-main screen-layout-region-main-middle not-nav dc-screen-layout-region-main-middle-notab".
Kindly have a look. We want to have this feature restricted for our portal.

Just so that I am clear. You want to disable the resizable area noted here?
If so, I do not believe there is any OOTB configuration to disable this. While there is an option on the screen layout harness it will not be useful since we're talking about the designer studio harness (This is locked behind a final rule, so it is not available to customize)

Hello Rett,
Thanks for your valuable input. But our requirement is slightly different, we want to have this feature enabled but need to disable the resizing of the window by dragging the (noted area).

Apart from what Rett has pointed out, I would also like to understand your business use case for the same. Please let us know why you would like that behavior in designer portal.

Hi,
As per our client's requirement we need to have one functionality which is on click window resize and collapse, but the second functionality which is manually resizing the screen by dragging the verticle bar towards right or left that thing is needed to be restricted.

Hmm, yeah if this were a user portal maybe this might be doable. But when talking about Designer Studio, these governing rules are all going to be locked behind final rules.
