Or is this a question relating to a PDC deployment ticket? Please check the Pega Predictive Diagnostic Cloud FAQ.
Check if issue is due to not being correctly affiliated to the companies or given correct MSP roles.
You need to be affiliated with both accounts in MSP and listed as a support contact.
