Deploying prpc_j2ee14_ws.ear fails with errors with Pega 8.3.1

I get the error "unable to expand pega.tmpdir in encoding the FilePath" when deploying prpc_j2ee14_ws.ear.
I checked the article SA-32943, Reference URL, and confirmed that the version of Java being used is SDK1.8_64 and Java 2 Security is invalid, but an error still occurs.

AP Server：IBM WebSphere Application Server Proprietary information hidden base Edition
Java Version：1.8_64

I get the error "unable to expand pega.tmpdir in encoding the FilePath" when deploying prpc_j2ee14_ws.ear.
I checked the article SA-32943, Reference URL, and confirmed that the version of Java being used is SDK1.8_64 and Java 2 Security is invalid, but an error still occurs.
