delete unnecessary record in activity
HI
I am required to delete unnecesary records in activity.
In the activity, we use report definition to extract date, then they have unnecesary records in the extracted data, so we need to remove the records..
Could you tell me which method in activity should be used?

You can loop through the results and use Obj-Delete-By-Handle in the activity to delete the records.

Can you change Report Definition filter condition to get only records with specific words you are looking for? If yes, you don't need to have another check before deleting.

You can use @contains function for checking for that specific word .
fetch the records using report definition filter or activity filter
delete using obj-delete-by-handle

The best way to modify the report definition with a specific filter condition to get extract data, and then delete using the bj-delete-by-handle method. However, with any specific reason you can't modify the report then you need to loop through the data and use string functions such startsWith, EndsWith or Contains to find the match and then perform delete operation.
