How to delete unnecessary classes from PROD

Hi,
It is not best practice to delete class in production which is part of ruleset. As delete wizard will not delete the class from locked rulesets. Delete the calss instances from below tables.
1) PR4_Base
2) PR4_RULE_VW

Note:- Please take DB backup. Also verify the queries in non prod.
