delete a dummy assignment of pega case

for one of my Pega case, 2 assignments with 2 different operators .with same pzinskey having 2 different stages. I want to delete one and keep one.

 

How to do that ?

Hello, 

Well I guess you need to identify which one to delete. If those assignments are routed to different user maybe you need to check that and decide which one to delete.

Could you please try using "pxDeleteAssignment" OOTB  activity by passing Assignment ID as parameter.
