Delete default Operators in Pega CDH Application

Hi,

 

As part of the Security Requirements only Active Bank Users should be present in Pega CDH Application as Operators. We should not keep any other non Bank User as an Operator in Production for Security purposes.

Please suggest whether we can go ahead and delete all default/factory operators in Pega CDH Application or not and if any implications are present for that.

Hi,

It's not advisable to delete the operator ID's that are delivered as part of Pega Built in. In-fact, you might be fiacing in-sufficient priviliges error too. Instead, You can consider disabling the operator ID's and also consider implementing Password policy where it'll have more options on disabling the operator by default. 

May I know what're the operator ID's you're planning to Disable?
