Default the view to appropriate tab on login
We have a requirement where we need to default the view to appropriate tab(Dashboard or My Work) based on users Access Group. E.g. if a Manager logs in, he should be landed with the dashboard shown on the screen however if a CSR logs in, he should be landed with my work tab in focus.
Currently for all users, My work is loaded by default on login.
We have PegaCRM 7.31 installed on Pega 7.3.1

If you are using Tab Group, can you try making use of Active When condition.

If we look at the navigation rule, we call a data transform ‘SetTabName’ on click of any menu item which sets the required properties to load the specific tab.
I am simulating the same behavior on load of harness by calling an activity from the section and setting appropriate params on basis of Access Groups. I have tested it and it is a working solution for our requirement.

However I am not sure if this is a good solution. I'll still be looking out if someone can provide a solution which is updating the ootb implementation.
