Default value is not set for checkbox
Default value true is not set for checkbox. it worked fine in 8.2 after upgrade it stopped working. anyone else faced this issue?

@MarcLasserre_GCS Even i am facing this issue after upgrade from 8.1 to 8.5. In UI gallery it is working fine but not in the portal. It is happening for radio button and dropdown also

If this is working from UI Gallery I would think the problem is due to some sort of customization. Can you try the same portal with an Out-Of-The-Box user?

@MarcLasserre_GCS Thanks for the reply. I tried with OOTB operator and portal and still the results are same. Default value did not work

@MarcLasserre_GCS I found it. When the harness called from the Navigation is set Read-Only as Yes, then the Default value configuration is not working. When i change it to No, it worked .
Is this something related to as specified here - https://community.pega.com/support/support-articles/default-value-property-not-displayed-when-read-only-upgrade.
Note : The control in my case is editable only

I tried using the UI Gallery it is working fine as far as I can see. Can you try on UI Gallery?
