Decommissioning an application among five application

Hi Team,

In our project there are 5 different applications are running which sharing same tomcat instance and DB Schema. Among those we need to decommission one application as it has not been used anymore. Can anyone please let me know the best approach to do the same. Can anyone provide any checklist to do so.
