Declare Expression is giving Error while trying to reference a Data Page

Hi All,

I'm trying to set a value for a property using a declare expression. The reference is set a data page of structure page type and when trying to save it I'm getting Save Failed- Java error. 

Attached the doc file with screenshots and Tracer logs.

Note: I'm using legacy expression as in Pega 8 change tracking tab has been removed. The reason is this declare expression was built in Pega 7 and application got upgraded to pega 8.3
