Declare expression Rule

I have Created a Declare expression to calculate EMI by using the formula  P × r × (1 + r)n/((1 + r)n - 1) where P= Loan amount, r= interest rate, n=tenure in number of months . But im getting the wrong result. how to fix this ? "PFA"
