Decisioning Consultant 8.5 - no access to Exercise system

I'm following the Decisioning consultant program:

As I don't have access to the exercise system, I'm stuck at the challenge "Setting up the Business structure"

The access was granted to me on December 23, 2020. Today, December 28, an error message is displayed saying that due to inactivity my private exercise system has been closed.

sorry, this is already solved. I could initiate the exercise system myself upon a click, I should have read the challenge page in full before asking this question.
