Decisioning Consultant 8 Exercise system

I am currently going through Pega Decisioning Consultant Version 8 course. When I launch exercise system it is not in sync with the steps provided in the exercise guide. 

There are more rules than required and missing some content which is suggested in exercise guide. 

Can anyone help me or guide me how to resolve this issue?
