DB Backup for Pega Personal Edition

Hello Experts,

Could anyone please guide me the steps/process to take a DB Backup from the Pega Personal Edition?

I have installed Pega Personal Edition 8.4 on my system. I could able to see the below below pqsql folders after the installation. Folders
