Data source error handling in data pages

Hi,

For error handling of data page load failures, was going through this article in PDN: https://pdn.pega.com/data-source-error-handling-data-pages

It has references to OOTB rules pxDataPageHasErrors (when rule) and pxErrorHandlingTemplate (data transform rule).

I did not find these OOTB rules in Pega 7.1.7. From which release these rules exist?

I have tried content search and also through Records explorer!
