data , rules schemas not available under schema after configuring server in pg4 admin after installation of PE 8.7
Installed postgresSQL , then Installed PE 8.7 , afer that I have opened pg4 admin from C:\PRPCPersonalEdition\pgsql\pgAdmin 4\bin , and tried to configure a server i.e. local host . database is created , but under schemas i can see only public schema , not able to view data , rules etc schemas

I have installed PE 8.7, and didn't need to install postgresql separately. With just the PE 8.7 install, the DB has the necessary shemas:
Not sure as to why you installed postgresql first, and then installed PE 8.7. Please try again with just the PE 8.7 installer.

You don't have to install postgresql as a pre-requisite.
PE installer from Pega sets up a postgresql. You can refer C:\<install folder>PRPCPersonalEdition\tomcat\conf\context.xml for jdbc url and credentials to connect to the Pega database.
