Data is lost after saving and opening the WO again in 7.2

Some fields which I have entered previously are missing after reopening the work object

STEPSTO REPRODUCE

1. Type some new data, but leave some required fields blank.
2. Click Save button
3. Close the tab.
4. Re-open the work.

Result:

After Re opening the work object some fields in which data is given are blank and showing error messages.

Hi Kiran,

To add to Akshay's response,

Which version of Pega are you referring to? Are the required validations at client side?

I believe in Pega 7, data gets saved.

Also, it is better if you trace and see the sequence of events happening at the time of save.
