Hi Guys,
We would like to seek your guidance with this request:
Our system accepts, displays and uses consumer's data from different countries.
Australian Market is requesting to have their consumer’s City field in all capital letters. However, other countries don’t want this format for their consumers.
We would like to know the best approach on how can we set the format of the City field for all Australian consumers only.
Given that the consumers data from all countries belong to one single database table.

Here are the exact fields and format we need to apply for the Australian/New Zealand consumers:
Street Number – toProperCase
Province – toUpperCase
City – toUpperCase.

You can write custom css like
p.uppercase {
text-transform: uppercase;
}
In your skin and apply this to the city field.
Maintain two fields for city one having this style and another with no style.
Display them conditionally based on the country.
