CyberArk Support for 19.1

We are currently using PegaRobotics 19.1.38 in pure RDA mode. We are planning to integrate Cyber Ark to store user credentials and use it with ASO to auto login.

Going through various info on community, we had few questions we want to get confirmation on

1. Do we support Cyber Ark in RDA Mode (Attended)?

2. Is Application Access Manager™ (AAM) part of standard RobotManager install or is it a speprate install we need?

  1. CyberArk integration is not supported in attended automations (RDA-mode as you mentioned). All of the documentation is geared towards using it for unattended bots.
  2. AAM (or AIM) are products from CyberArk and can be acquired from that vendor.
