customizing the interaction driver in cpmi
In the CPMI when we perform a search and open a customer 360 view, the left panel contains wrapup and other options.
Under Todo as header I have wrapup as a option. Similarly under each header which I defined in interaction driver I am getting the header followed the option.
Now the issue is I need to customize the interaction driver such that only one header "Todo" should be avaiable and all other options should come under the Todo

This sounds like you have done additional customization already to the Interaction Driver. The suggested, queued and completed lists are simply sections with Grids in them. You can move them around and customize them however you'd like. None of those rules are final, so you can customize them in your application at will.
