customizing the interaction driver in cpmi
In the CPMI when we perform a search and open a customer 360 view, the left panel contains wrapup and other options.
Under Todo as header I have wrapup as a option. Similarly under each header which I defined in interaction driver I am getting the header followed the option.
Now the issue is I need to customize the interaction driver such that only one header "Todo" should be avaiable and all other options should come under the Todo
