hi team, 

We upgrade to 24.2 recently, we notice there is a new HTML "pyDisplayAuthErrorScreen" we never see before. 

We custmized this HTML but looks like it always use the OOTB version. And this HTML is displayed randomly, we cannot find a pattern of timing it popup. 

Please kindly advice what is the new HTML used for, how to make our self version works, and how to test and verify.
