Is Customer Process Service For Financial Services 7.1.2 compatible with Pega 7.4

Hi,

Please let us know if Customer Process Service For Financial Services 7.1.2 will be compatible with Pega 7.4 or not.

The documentation on the Pega Customer Service for Financial Services product page lists Pega 7.1 as a prerequisite for CPMFS 7.1.2.  

It is unlikely that this version of CPMFS has been tested and fully confirmed with 7.4 as there is a 7.4 version of CS for FS available (and 6 other versions in between).

If you are considering upgrading to Pega 7.4 then you should also look to upgrade the application versions to the 7.4 supported versions.  The product page linked above has upgrade guides covering the upgrade process.
