Customer feedback in Chat interaction
In Chat interaction , can a customer provide a feedback at the end of the interaction for the agent.
For eg. A 5 start for an excellent interaction , 1 star for a poor one.
This feedback to be stored and analysed further.. Can chat provide such a feature for a customer to provide feedback.
