'Custom Search Properties' rule form option not working as expected
Hi There,
My requirement is to disable to full text search and enable the only specific properties to search for a specific work class. Below are the steps followed but search of case itself is not working
1) Disabled the full text search from advanced tab of work class
2) Created a new ' Custom Search Properties' data instance and included all the required properties
3) Enable the 'Custom Search' option from System --> Settings --> Search
4) Performed a reindex on work class
Pega version is 7.2.2
Please advise if am missing any steps.

Hi Suman,
When you said "Disabled full text search from advanced tab of work class", do you mean the one with the label " Exclude this class from search? "? If this is what you checked, then instances of this class will not be indexed into our Search system at all!
You have to un-check this for your idea to work.
