Currently we are using pega 7.1.5 and facing SSO issue and buttons not working when we are creating a case and delegate rules

Hi Team,

We are facing an SSO login issue, buttons not working and delegate rules(Decision Table) not opening. We have tried clear cache, restart and Revalidate & Save still issue persists.

Could you please help me on this if you have any articles.
