CSSA exam did not start and status showing as no show
I had scheduled my CSSA exam PEGACPSSA23V1 for 7th Feb 2025 at 12:15 AM but due to some technical issue on pearson VUE I was not able to start the exam. Though I had tested before my system compatibility and network strength and it was good but at the scheduled time the exam did not start so at the last moment I rescheduled it to 7th Feb 2025 4:30 PM and it was rescheduled too.
But in the evening when I tried to open the exam there was no option to launch the exam and even the exam timings is showing as 12:15 AM only (the previous one) and the status of the exam as no show.
Please help me with this issue so that I can get my fees refunded and schedule it for some other day.

Have you had a chance to review our FAQs on how to Manage your Pearson VUE account? For this, I believe you will need to contact their Customer Support.
