CSA Practice Exam Service Level Question
Hi Pega Academy Team,
In Service Level question below , calculations are based on the Urgency Values provide on the screen, but I see most the candidates do calculation with assuming Default Urgency Value as 10, if not specified.
Please confirm what should be the assumption for Default Urgency Value '0' or '10'

The system default urgency value is "10", but can be changed to any integer between 1 and 99. If an assignment remains open when the Goal is reached (same for Deadline and Passed Deadline), the system adds the specified urgency value of the assignment.

Hi,
I'm not sure I fully understand, and I was wondering if the set business days also has some impact here.
assignment startst at:
wednesday 1 july at 10:00.
ugency is set to initial urgency = 5
The Goal is 24 hours on a business day. ( I assume wednesday is a business day :-))
The urgency is increased with 15 at Thursday 2 july at 10:00.
urgency is now 20.
The deadline = 72 hours ( from start ?)
so the urgency is raised by 25 after 72 business hours from wednesday july 1 at 10
That should be saterday morning at july 4 at 10:00 (I know people who work on saterday )
At that moment, the urgency = 5+15+25 = 45
After the deadline, the passed deadline is repeated 3 times. ( increased by 10)
So at sunday 10:00 hours the deadline is raised by 10.

Now taking in account saterday and sunday is not a businessday.
In that case the deadline is not saterday morning 10:00 hour, but monday 10:00 hour.
So in that case the answer should be 20 at sunday july 5 at 1600 hours
But i'm clearly wrong, because thats not an answer.
Please some advice.
