Hello! I have a Pega 7.2.2 OOTB environment with Pega Customer Service Healthcare 7.22 installed. I installed the sample data so that the BAs, and Architects, etc., could look and try the new features in Pega7. It was brought to my attention that all of the supplied members had INACTIVE coverage. The BAs would like to run the Request ID Card SI but they cannot because the members coverage is INACTIVE. Is there a way around this? Is there a way to change a member from INACTIVE to ACTIVE coverage?

As part of Request Id Card/Order Card flow , we check member has active policies are not . If member has active policies then flow continues or else flow ends and it does not allows to order or request id card.
Solution 1(Solution with data udpate):
Log into same server as HCAdminuser/Administrator@myhealthplan. open Sample Data Admin portal, open the policies link and open the policy and update policy term date to greater than today date(I would prefer three months after current date ) and save it and logout .now login to CSHC launch orderIDcard/RequestID Card then it works fine.
Solution 2( Technical solutions):
update the CheckPolicyStatus(PegaCPMHC-Work-OrderIdCard) flow and revemove isPolicyActive when condition or Make HCPolicyActive when condition always true.
