To Create the new flow by using Activity

Hello,

I had a requirement of creating a new work object from current work object i am using CreateWorkProcess Activity to start the flow i have given pyStartCase but not able to process the flow after initial flow.Which means i am able to acces only 1st stage of the Case type rule.

Can anyone suggest the approach that i should follow to process the flow.

Can you use below APIs to create new case. 

pxCreateTopCase (for a new top level case)

pxAddChildWork (for child cases)

Is there any specific requirement why you are not using this OOTB APIs ?

Hello Mounica,

CreateWorkProcess , pxCreateTopCase,px and  pxCreateChildCasetype these are all OOTB api’s which will help you to process the flow and create a work object .

Check the  history tab of pxCreateTopCase which is nicely explained how to create a top level case .

pxCreateChildCasetype activity is used to create the child case type .

I have already used CreateWorkProcess activity. Flow is going to repair flow because of the dynamic routing in our application.So,I will check with my team.
