CPU Utilization Report in AES for 6.2 Monitored Node
HI,
We are facing a issue, our 6.2 monitored system isn not getting display the CPU utilization report.
Our AES servers on 7.2 and AES also 7.2. Is anyone came across this issue and will it supported for 6.2 monitored nodes?

What Operating System and Application Server platforms are you using?
There are known issues for certain platforms in PRPC 6.2 SP2 that cause Pega to be unable to provide CPU usage statistics to AES.
If this is the case, during startup you might see a message like:
"Unable to obtain process cpu timings via Java 5 Management beans: not supported by this JVM".

Okay. I believe you need HFix-9387 - PRPC running on Linux does not provide CPU usage for monitoring.
You can enter a SR as an "Existing Hotfix Request" for Pega PRPC 6.2 SP2, and this hotfix ID number.

Hi Syl,
I just ran the Hot-Fix inventory on the DEV server, i see the HFIX-9387 is installed as partial in our system.
Do i need to install again in out system?
